LUGI Judo Events

We are introducing electronic registration this year and this is how it works:

  1. Click on the Club button. Fill in your club's contact information. This is a one time registration and has to be made for all the participant's clubs.
  2. Click on the Budo-Nord Cup button. Register your participants that are going to compete in Budo-Nord Cup.
  3. Click on the Budo-Nord Cup View button and view all the participants in Budo-Nord Cup in real time.
  4. Click on the Kid's Judo Cup button. Register your participants that are going to compete in Kid's Judo Cup. When you are done with the first registration, click on the link again to continue the registration for the rest of the competition participants.
  5. Click on the Kid's Judo Cup View button view all the participants in Kid's Judo Cup.
  6. Click on the LUGI Judo Events button. Register all your participants (including coaches, leaders and accompanying people) that are going to participate in LUGI Judo Events". When you are done with the first registration, click on the link again to continue the registration for the rest of the participants. It has to be made for all the participants.   7. Click on the Change button. If you need to do a cancellation or change for an already registered participant, use the "Cancellation or Change"

All applications are required through our web sites not later than 20th of May!!!

If you have already sent in your inscription through e-mail or letter, consider to reenter your application through this electronic system. It is bigger chance for the information to be correct and you will help us in our work to make good a competetion and a camp for you. If you decide to do so, please send us a notice through e-mail.

Systems

We are using two systems for our electronic registration.

For the Budo-Nord Cup we will use the Finish system "JudoShiai". You fill in your entries and you will also be able to view all the entries in real time. The whole competition will also be handled by this system. Matches, time keeping, next match, scores etc. and will be visualized on displays in the sport hall.

All the other registrations will be made with the "QuestBack" system.

As this is the first time we are using these systems, we will hope you all will be patient with us and will share your experiences with us, so we can improve our organization for the next year.
